Since 2013, our mission has been to fund charities that are out there doing the work, every day, addressing critical issues faced by so many of our neighbors: hunger, homelessness, abuse, and more. The events that continue to unfold in our country and here in Chicago are a painful reminder of the injustice and inequity that persists in our world. We stand for loving our neighbor, against racism, and in solidarity with those advocating for racial justice.

Our priority is always the health and safety of our team and our customers. Our plan was to reopen our Old Orchard and Chicago stores tomorrow. However, 900 North Michigan Shops and Old Orchard have delayed their reopening. We will update you once we have additional information on our new reopening dates for both stores.
In our recent survey, 67% of you told us that supporting our mission was one of the things you like most about shopping with us.
Like so many businesses and nonprofits, the lockdown caused our organization tremendous financial losses that have directly impacted the amount of funds we will be able to give away. This additional delay will only exacerbate those losses.
Your support of our mission continues to be vital to the charities we serve. Their efforts reach our neighbors who have been disproportionately impacted -- not just by the virus, but by living in poverty every day.
