Our online store will feature an edited collection of items from our shop.  These items will also be available for purchase to our in-store customers.  First come, first served.  To view our full inventory, visit us in store.


Item Holds


We do not hold items over the phone for purchase. We do not hold items in store for purchase. First come, first served.


Phone Purchases


We do take credit card purchases over the phone.  Please note, these purchases are also final sale.  




All items for sale in our shop have been meticulously researched to confirm authenticity.  Click here to view our authentication process.

Returns / Exchanges


All items are FINAL SALE at time and date of purchase. NO returns will be accepted either in-store or via our online sales.All items that cannot be returned can be reconsigned. Click here to learn more about consigning your items with North Shore Exchange.




Shipping is available for women's clothing and accessories, as well as smaller home accessories within the continental United States via USPS.  International shipping is not available at this time. 

Currently all shipments are set to a flat rate of $11.99 (subject to change without notice). We will ship your purchase within three business days of processing payment. Business days are Tuesday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Please note, online furniture purchases must be picked up in store. Shipping is NOT available for these large pieces.


Furniture/Home Accessories Delivery


Delivery available in Chicagoland area but please call us at (847) 835-0026 for pricing. Charge will be separate from online purchase.




All consignors must make an appointment to have our fashion or furniture scouts review their items.  Please visit our consign + donate page to schedule online or call the store at 847.835.0026.  For larger furniture, please email a photo of the piece to home@northshoreexchange.org for our review prior to making your appointment.




All donations receive an IRS donation letter from the North Shore Exchange detailing their donation.  Each donor can value their donation at their own discretion.
