I wanted to share the news with you that we have decided to temporarily close North Shore Exchange's retail locations as an additional safety measure to protect our customers, employees, and volunteers.
Our plan is to keep our online store open. We will continue to fulfill orders and do our best to expedite them as usual, though we apologize in advance that there may be delays in order fulfillment and customer service inquiries.
If you have a consignment with us, please note that we have added extended time to the normal selling period for your items. Please visit our F.A.Q. page for more information on this, as well as answers to any questions other you might have. If we don't answer yours, please email us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
As this situation changes, our plans may too. We will keep you updated in the following weeks as this situation unfolds.
